How to froth milk at FrontStreet Coffee
1. Milk tank and milk volume
If your milk tank is 450ml, then the amount of milk you can use is about 200-250ml; if the milk tank is 500-650ml, then the amount of milk you use is about 300-350ml.

2. Open the steam wand to exhaust
Bleed the air before frothing milk, mainly to remove the condensed water in the steam pipe.

3. Angle of milk tank placement
Place the steam wand jet nozzle toward 2-3 o'clock or 9-10 o'clock on the clock. The steam wand jet nozzle is submerged into 2/3 of the milk. It should not be too deep and should not touch the walls and bottom of the milk tank. It should not be too shallow, otherwise large bubbles will continue to form on the surface.

4. Whisk milk
The air on the surface is pulled into the milk, forming foam. At this time, you will hear a "hissing" sound of air intake (if you hear a harsh pig-killing sound or no sound after opening it, it means that it is not in the process of beating).

5. Beat cotton
The vortex is used to eliminate rough foam and stratification. By adjusting the angle between the steam wand and the milk (not the contact point), the milk forms a "vortex" in the milk vat, and the foam generated during the whipping process is pulled and torn through the "vortex". The coarse foam is decomposed into fine foam, and the upper foam merges with the lower milk.
Stop the [whisking] process at the right time. When the milk temperature reaches 55-65°C, turn off the steam and pull out the steam wand.

6. After frothing the milk, tap it.
The purpose is to break the remaining rough foam on the surface of the milk foam and make the surface look smoother and more delicate.
How to make latte art at FrontStreet Coffee
1. Love
① Lower the milk jug close to the cup and start pouring from the center of the liquid level.

② While the left-hand milk cup is being straightened, the right-hand milk tank will increase the flow rate and slowly be straightened. At this time, you will see the milk foam floating on the top and slowly forming a circle and expanding slowly.
③ When the cup reaches an angle of 180°, the milk foam circle is already formed. Raise the milk jug in place while reducing the water flow (be careful not to push it forward while raising it). Use the downward impact of the water flow to push down the coffee liquid on the upper layer. At this time, you will see a heart-shaped groove appear in the original circle, and the water on both sides will gather in the middle.
④ When the heart-shaped groove appears, you can push it forward so that the heart-shaped pointed tail comes out.

⑤ A solid body was born in this way.

2. Leaves
1. First, fully combine the milk and coffee liquid, then shake the latte art vat back from the middle of the cup to create an onion heart pattern. Stop pouring the milk when it is 80% full.
2. After rotating the cup 180 degrees, tilt your cup slightly at this time. Place the milk jug behind the original pattern and start pouring milk.

3. Start pushing a circular arc forward, then raise the angle for the second and third times to form a heart, pull all the lines to finish, and the reverse push pattern will come out.

3. Tulips
1. Mix milk and coffee well,Find the middle point of the cup, get close to the cup and increase the flow to the maximum until white balls appear on the surface of the coffee to stop injecting.
2. The second injection point should be farther back. When injecting, inject a large flow. Stop injecting when a white ball appears.

4. Repeat step 3 several times to make tulips.
5. After the last heart appears, raise the angle to reduce the flow line, and retract it straight away.
