What we call Espressoespresso, which is high-concentration coffee made by pressurizing an espresso machine. Due to the strong flavor and strong taste of Espresso, many people are not used to drinking it. Therefore, after Espresso spread to all parts of the world, people in different countries added different materials, and based on Espresso, many different types of coffee were derived. å

The espresso products with milk added can be said to be dazzling. Among them, latte, cappuccino, macchiato and mocha coffee have been widely promoted by Starbucks around the world, so many domestic friends are deeply impressed by this Italian milk coffee.

No matter which type of Italian milk coffee we use, we need to prepare an espresso machine with a steam wand first. Then we use comprehensive coffee beans with medium-dark roasting and mellow taste, specially blended for Italian coffee. The taste of coffee depends on the beans themselves and how roasted they are.

FrontStreet Coffee currently sells four types of Italian blended coffee beans, all of which are shipped as raw beans within 5 days of roasting, ensuring that the coffee beans you receive are 100% freshly roasted. After receiving the coffee beans, you can pay attention to the roasting date on the back label and start using it 7 days after the date. This allows the coffee beans to have time to discharge carbon dioxide from the body, further ensuring the stability of the extraction.

"Nuanyang Blend Coffee Beans" 79/227g: Ethiopian sun-dried red cherry coffee beans (30%) + Honduran sherry barrel coffee beans (70%), with a rich aroma of wine, vanilla cream, sweet and sour berries, and the flavor of roasted nuts.

"Front Street Premium Blend 100% Arabica Coffee Beans" 75/454g: Colombian washed coffee beans (30%) + Brazilian semi-dried coffee beans (70%), with flavors of nuts, dark chocolate, and caramel.

"Front Street Commercial Blend Coffee Beans" 60/454g: Robusta washed coffee beans (10%) + Colombian washed coffee beans (30%) + Brazilian semi-dried coffee (60%), with flavors of nuts, cocoa, and caramel.

After receiving the coffee beans, we need to prepare an espresso coffee grinder to grind the coffee beans into extremely fine particles, then put them into the powder bowl of the coffee machine handle to distribute them evenly, then use the included powder tool to flatten and compact them, then buckle them on the coffee machine and press the extraction button.

Since the performance of each grinder and coffee machine is different, generally 10g of coffee powder extracts 20g of coffee liquid/20g of coffee powder extracts 40g of coffee liquid. The time required is between 25-30 seconds. You can extract the espresso and taste it before deciding whether to grind it coarsely (lighter) or finer (stronger).

Once you've made your espresso, use the steam wand to heat the whipped milk.

The ratio for making latte coffee is: 20g espresso + 160ml milk + 1cm thick milk foam. After the milk and coffee are evenly blended, the overall balance is smooth and the taste is smooth. The overall capacity is about 200ml, so you need to prepare a bowl-shaped latte cup with a capacity of 200ml.

Mocha coffee, a chocolate-flavored Italian milk coffee. The production ratio is 20g espresso + 10g chocolate sauce + 150ml milk + 1cm thick milk foam. If possible, you can also add your favorite marshmallows on top to increase the sweet taste. The method of making latte coffee is similar, so you can prepare a bowl-shaped latte coffee cup with a capacity of 200 to 300ml.

The ratio for making cappuccino is: 40g espresso + 120g milk + 1.5cm thick milk foam. The overall capacity is about 200ml. Compared with latte, cappuccino is a milk coffee with a richer coffee flavor and thicker milk foam. The first sip feels like cotton candy. When making a cappuccino coffee machine, the milk froth must be stacked high, so it is recommended to use a straight/tulip-shaped coffee cup with a capacity of 200ml.

Macchiato production ratio: 20g espresso + a little milk foam. This cup of coffee is actually espresso with a little bit of milk foam. It looks like a very small cup. The overall taste is rich and mellow, so Front Street recommends that you use an espresso cup to serve it directly.
