Recently, many friends have purchased ear-mounted coffee and asked for recommendations on brewing methods. Today, the barista from FrontStreet Coffee will share how to brew ear-mounted coffee.
You must know that a cup of delicious coffee is inseparable from good beans. Here, Front Street briefly lists several types of coffee that are suitable for most people for everyone to choose from: For those who like floral flavors, we recommend Front Street Panama Geisha Coffee, which is one of the most expensive coffees in the world; if you like fresh and sour coffee, we recommend Front Street Oiran Coffee, which tastes like black tea and berries;

For those who like a balanced taste, that is, coffee that is neither sour nor bitter, we recommend Front Street Brazilian Coffee. Finally, those who love a solid and mellow taste are recommended to buy the highest-grade Front Street Golden Mandheling Coffee. This bean has undergone multiple hand selections to minimize the defect rate of coffee beans, thereby making the coffee aroma clearer and the aftertaste better. The above ear-hanging coffees can be purchased and placed at Front Street stores and Front Street Tmall flagship stores.

The following three points letHanging ear coffeeBrewing becomes better:
Use a narrow-mouthed jug instead of filling the water dispenser
Many people put the filter-type brewing machine directly under the drinking machine. As soon as the hot water boils, they rush it down.
But NO NO... If you want the coffee to taste better, the water flow must be soft and stable so as not to release too much odor.
Just a simple narrow-mouthed pot can produce a stable water flow, reducing the extraction of unpleasant odors and making the flavor more ideal.
2. The proportion is very important!
Many people will wonder, is there a difference between the ratio of pink to water 1:10 , 1:15 , 1:20...
Too strong or too light will directly affect the taste of the drink.
Getting the ratio right is very important for coffee brewing! It is recommended that when brewing filter-type cups, you can use a graduated measuring cup instead of an ordinary mug to control the ratio more accurately.

3. Use a thermometer to measure the water temperature.
Water temperature is one of the four major variables in coffee extraction, and the level of water temperature will also directly affect extraction. Although the filter type does not have to be as precise as hand brewing, you must use a certain degree of water. But to make your filter drink better, the only suggestion for the water temperature is "not to exceed 95 degrees and not to be lower than 85 degrees Celsius."

The reason is that if the water temperature is too high, a large amount of fiber in the coffee powder will easily dissolve out, which will cause the coffee to taste gritty and uncomfortable. To prevent the water temperature from being too high, you can use an electronic thermometer to measure the water temperature. If you don't have a thermometer, generally speaking, after pouring boiling water into a narrow-mouthed pot, wait for about 2 minutes, and the water temperature will drop below 95 degrees. Of course, the temperature should not be too low, otherwise there may be no flavor after the filter-mounted rinse.
